The Federal Reserve reports that more than 53 percent of all smartphone users prefer to bank from their mobile devices. The Denver Community Credit Union (DCCU) had an antiquated, non-mobile responsive site that was seeing very little user engagement and did not provide the DCCU member base with the appropriate forum for interaction with their banking institution.

Solution

DCCU chose 303 Software to completely rebuild the site from the ground up. Our team reviewed the current site, created a new site architecture, user experience plan and user interface. Together we built new forms of connection for members, ways to find all upcoming events and member activities, as well as an easy way to access information about DCCU.

Result

With a fully responsive website, DCCU members can easily access the information they require. The bank has noticed improved membership interaction and positive feedback across the board.
