A Colorado transplant, Olivia hails from NYC where she spent three years as a Project Manager for SaaS company Sprinklr. There, she lead and implemented advocacy projects for companies including Condé Nast, Michaels, and Brystol-Myers Squibb. Olivia also gained ecommerce experience at online retailer PromGirl, where she served as Scrum Master and aided in their site redesign.
At 303 Software, Olivia is the primary point of contact for Managed Services and Support (MSS) accounts across web, iOS, and Android platforms; she also runs point on a variety of CMS projects. In this time, she has had the privilege of working with Colorado Public Radio, Denver Arts & Venues, and Foothills Credit Union. Additionally, Olivia has worked to shape business development by piloting 303's pivot to the Atlassian software suite - when she’s not with clients, she’s usually working to ensure those JIRA/Confluence workflows are as efficient as possible. Olivia became a certified ScrumMaster in March of 2017.
In her spare time, Olivia loves long hikes, scenic drives, and strong cups of coffee. She’s eternally grateful she made the move to Colorado, as both people and quality of life are top-notch, and is also ashamed to admit she ever considered Central Park “nature”.
