If it relates to employees or company finances in any way, Aaryn is involved. Aaryn comes to us from the Workforce Management and IT Managed Services space where she worked as an HR Generalist and HR Business Partner.
Since joining our team, Aaryn has lead the charge deploying the Happiness Program and revamping the Employee Development Program here at 303 Software. Aaryn believes “there is a strong culture here at 303 that should be maintained and taken special care of. The Happiness Program allows employees to have a voice in the Culture, Leadership, Personal Development, etc. We believe that the way an employee feels about the company should be heard on a continuous basis - not just once a year in an Annual Employee Engagement Survey. We also strongly believe that employees should have a say in how their careers are evolving and the directions they are taking. The Employee Development Program allows managers and employees to be continuously discussing where their career path is heading. We encourage employees to spend a couple hours each week striving towards their own personal goals. When each one of us is continuously improving, the company in turn is continuously improving. In her spare time, Aaryn sits on the board for the Denver Metro Habitat for Humanity - Women's Build chapter where she works to pull together women from different walks of life to come together to help a family build their home. She also loves playing golf, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, friends and her puppies. Aaryn loves Colorado because “Colorado has some of the friendliest people around. People smile at each other, ask how your doing, offer help when needed. Every time I travel I am always excited to come back home because of the warmth that CO provides. Living here in CO my entire life, I never tire of the BLUE skies..... we have the most beautiful blue skies. I love that you can live in the city and yet be in the mountains within 30 minutes. Simply the best!!!”
